Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By completing the account registration process, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, making a deposit, or using any feature of the yuka4d service, you confirm that:

• You have read this Agreement in full and understand its contents;
• You accept all terms and conditions set out herein without reservation;
• You meet all eligibility requirements specified in Clause 3;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or from any other licensed gaming operator.

This Agreement is effective as of the date of your first registration or first use of the Platform, whichever occurs earlier. yuka4d reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time in accordance with Clause 13.

3.1 Age Requirement

The yuka4d Platform is strictly an Adults Only (21+) service. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, access the Platform, or participate in any gaming or betting activity. yuka4d conducts age verification at registration and may request documentary evidence of age at any time, including but not limited to during the KYC process.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by residents of jurisdictions where access to online gaming services is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction before registering or placing bets. yuka4d does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on yuka4d:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of yuka4d or any of its group companies;
• Immediate family members of the above;
• Individuals who have previously been self-excluded from yuka4d or from any other licensed gaming operator pursuant to a self-exclusion agreement;
• Individuals residing in or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the yuka4d Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and must keep this information current at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the Account.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. yuka4d will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify yuka4d support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4.4 KYC Verification

yuka4d operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before any withdrawal request is approved, Members must submit the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or SIM); and
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., bank statement, e-wallet account screenshot).

Additional documentation may be requested at yuka4d's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in our request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

yuka4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian pa yment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All deposits are credited instantly to your Account balance. yuka4d does not charge any deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own transaction charges over which yuka4d has no control.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit per transaction: Rp 100,000,000. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 500,000,000. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at yuka4d's sole discretion and without prior notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements, yuka4d processes withdrawal requests as follows:

• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Average processing time under 5 minutes, maximum 2 hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, etc.): Average processing time under 2 hours, maximum 24 hours during business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Indonesian national holidays).

yuka4d does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal requests. However, Members who request more than three (3) withdrawals within a 7-day period may be subject to an administrative fee of Rp 15,000 per additional withdrawal request.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

yuka4d operates under strict anti-money laundering protocols. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal eligibility is established. Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering or other illicit financial activity will result in immediate account closure, fund seizure, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other promotional offers ("Bonuses") issued by yuka4d are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. General bonus terms apply to all offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all Bonuses are subject to a minimum 20x wagering requirement. This means that the total value of eligible bets placed using Bonus Funds must equal or exceed twenty times (20x) the Bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Only bets placed with real Funds or Bonus Funds count toward wagering requirements; void bets, cashed-out bets, and hedged bets do not contribute to turnover.

6.3 Game Weighting

Different game categories contribute toward wagering requirements at different rates:

• Slots: 100% weighting
• Live Casino (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger): 20% weighting
• Sportsbook (pre-match and live): 100% weighting for odds ≥ 1.50; 50% weighting for odds < 1.50
• Virtual Sports: 100% weighting

6.4 Bonus Abuse

yuka4d employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse. The following behaviors constitute bonus abuse and will result in the immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them, plus potential account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times;
• Placing opposing bets on the same or related markets ("hedging") to convert Bonus Funds to cash without genuine risk;
• Using the Platform solely to meet wagering requirements with no genuine intention of continued play;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus wagering;
• Exploiting software errors or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage.

yuka4d's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final and binding.

7.1 General Betting Principles

All bets placed on yuka4d are subject to the platform's betting rules and the specific rules of each sport, league, or game. yuka4d's betting rules are published on the Platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and specific betting rules, the specific betting rules govern.

7.2 Settlement of Bets

All bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the governing sports body or league. For football (bandar bola) matches, the result at the conclusion of regular time applies unless the bet explicitly states it includes extra time or penalties. For togel (lottery) draws, results are determined by the official draw published by the licensed operator. yuka4d reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced or after the outcome is known.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

The maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator (mix parlay) is Rp 2,000,000,000 (two billion Rupiah). This limit applies to the total net winnings, not the total return. In the event a winning bet would result in a payout exceeding this limit, the payout will be capped at the maximum amount.

7.4 Void and Cancelled Bets

yuka4d reserves the right to void or cancel any bet in the following circumstances: (i) the bet was accepted in error; (ii) the event was cancelled or postponed beyond the published settlement window; (iii) there is clear evidence of match manipulation or fraudulent activity; (iv) the bet was placed using insider information; or (v) a technical error caused incorrect odds to be displayed.

Members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following behaviors:

• Fraud and Cheating: Any attempt to defraud yuka4d, manipulate outcomes, or use unfair advantage including but not limited to collusion, the use of bots or automated betting software, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities;
• Multi-Accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on the Platform;
• Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, using another person's identity, or registering under a fictitious name;
• Payment Fraud: Using stolen payment methods, conducting chargebacks in bad faith, or attempting to reverse legitimately settled transactions;
• Offensive Behavior: Harassing other players, yuka4d staff, or agents through chat, email, or other communication channels;
• Unauthorized Commercial Use: Scraping data from the Platform, copying odds feeds, reverse-engineering software, or engaging in any commercial use of Platform content without written permission;
• Circumvention of Restrictions: Using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or to conceal your true location.

Violation of any provision in this Clause constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and potential legal action.

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, software, and other materials on the yuka4d Platform (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of yuka4d or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without yuka4d's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yuka4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if yuka4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

yuka4d's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

yuka4d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and is not liable for any loss arising from technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or any other technical issues beyond yuka4d's reasonable control.

11.1 Suspension by yuka4d

yuka4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that: (i) you have breached any provision of this Agreement; (ii) you have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (iii) your account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform; or (iv) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

11.2 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may contact yuka4d support to request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent closure. During the self-exclusion period, you will be prohibited from accessing your account, placing bets, or making deposits. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed once activated.

11.3 Closure and Fund Return

Upon termination or self-exclusion, yuka4d will return any remaining account balance (excluding Bonus Funds) to the payment method on file after deducting any amounts owed to yuka4d. Funds will be returned within 14 business days of closure, subject to successful completion of the KYC process.

yuka4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Members with tools to manage their play. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming features:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net position.

yuka4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. Any material changes to this Agreement will be communicated to Members via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.

14.1 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our international licensing jurisdiction. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

14.2 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted under the rules of international commercial arbitration. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against yuka4d. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.
